Professional Experiences
Web Development Club (2006-2008)
I was involved with a web design club (Web Development Club)2006 - Spring of 2008. They are strictly a volunteer club that is accepting any kind of donations. WDC does web and graphic designing for clients that need any kind of work done such as: redesign of a site, new sites, information, editing, creating an image/identity, and logo design. I took up this volunteer work when I started my Web Design program in 2006 at Hawkeye College. You can view them on my Web design page.
Logos
I have done multiple logo designs based on customer's desired theme. While some where paid I have done volunteer work as well. You can view them on my Graphic design page
Print Design
I have done a memory book for 5 clients. This memory book was designed for their mother's life/death. The book is full of their memories and time spent as a family with her and their father. This was a really challenging project as for I was their granddaughter. I had to take myself out of the image of being a granddaughter and place myself as a designer with clients. Job Description : Developing/maintaining a web site that helps new/current instructors and adjuncts. I also help with simple computer/classroom support, digital wireless videoconferencing (ICN & EBS Classes), Graphical arts, and Small Television Broadcasting.
